A Step Above Home Care was founded in 2023 by a Care coordinator with a genuine passion for Care giving, our roots trace back to a heartfelt experience at the tender age of 14 when she began caring for her own grandmother. This early connection with Care giving sparked a deep love for the profession and set her on a journey to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. With a solid foundation as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and being trained by seasoned professionals from the older generation, our founder honed her skills and understanding of intricacies of healthcare, particularly in the areas of scheduling and Care coordination. The culmination of her experience and unwavering passion fueled her desire to establish a company that would deliver exemplary Care, enabling our clients to age gracefully and comfortably in the warmth of their own homes.
